Twilight New Moon Casts The Wolf Pack

In “New Moon”, the sequel to “Twilight”, a group of Native American Indians known collectively as The Wolf Pack take the side of the humans in their battle against the bloodsucking vampires. Well, the evil ones that want to romance your kids by sucking them dry, and not the kind that knocks on your door and asks her out to the prom, I mean. Yesterday, casting for said Wolf Pack was announced.

Summit Entertainment has already started shooting “New Moon”, but they’ve just announced the casting of the Wolf Pack to join Taylor Lautner’s Jacob Black: they are Chaske Spencer, Bronson Pelletier, Alex Meraz, Kiowa Gordon and Tyson Houseman.

In making the announcement, Summit would also like you to know that all five actors, who will be making their film debut with “New Moon” are all real Native Americans, with Sioux, Purepecha and Hualapai among the tribes represented in the fivesome. So there, don’t go complaining or nothing, you politically correct types out there.

“The Twilight Saga: New Moon” howls November 20.

Below: Have I mentioned how friggin’ huge Taylor Lautner has gotten? Holy taco.
